    Game Informer Review of FNr2

I just got my new GI and they had their review of Fight Night Rd. 2. They loved it. They gave it a 9.25. I can't wait for this game.....
    Note to Tiburon Marketing:

A great product sells itself, no "back of the box" features required! (See Fifa...)

Ok, here's a brief synopsis of the review. The reviewer starts by saying that EA does what it does best: take a good thing and make it better. The all-analog has been fine-tuned and career mode deepened. They go into create a boxer, which is very comprehensive. They talk about Hard Hit mode: the round doesn't end until someone gets knocked down. It appears on the schedule as a special event or as a stand-alone mode. It is optional; it unlocks new items in the store. They talk about Haymakers being the most important new aspect of gameplay. Risk vs. Reward,etc...The AI is easy in the opening matches but stiffens considerably when you rank around the mid-30's. Good, savvy AI; they'll grapple when you get them near a KO. They were concerned that AI opponents were able to get up from multiple knockdowns.(MINOR) They like the"woozy" cam.

Good read, Matt scores it a 9.25. Kato (second opinion) score it a 9. He loved the Blood and Sweat spray. Also, the career mode. Gotta have it.
