How is the AI in Fight Night?

In the first fight night it seemed as if all the fights turned into brawls.
It sounds as if the game has been improved, but is there really a difference
from BOXER to BOXER, WEIGHT CLASS to WEIGHT CLASS? One STYLE to
    another's SKILLS mismatch ETC...

There are more styles this year...Boxer, Counter Puncher, Slugger, aggressive boxer. I get alot of good fights on hard. The only thing I wish is that rounds were accelerated at 2 to 2 1/2 minutes because alot of fights end in KO. But I do get some decisions later in the career.

Just like Fist said, the AI is good. More styles this year and if you are not careful you will get your clocked cleaned later in career mode. No one style is dominant. You really have to pay attention. Parrying is kind in this game though.

It's improved, but the CPU fighters still slug too much and box too little, even renowned slip-and-jab boxers like Ray Leonard.

        Take care,

EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure.

Thanks for the info. I seem to enjoy and keep games that have that
extra effort put in its AI work. You know, that game that plays unscripted
or makes me feel like I'm playing another person.

Don't get me wrong I enjoy other type games, but these type simply
            stand out to me.

Suggestions on any type of games would be appreciated and problably save
me some money. Right now from listening to OS members I'm thinking of
checking out TOCA 2, Winning Eleven 8, Brothers in Arms, Project Snowblind,
            Nascar 2005 and Forza.

How do these sound and anymore suggestions?

I'm agreeing on that too. The CPU comes in like Clubber Lang.
Being kind, one to another, never disappoints.
