Is it me or is it almost designed for you to lose your first title fight. Fighting Carlos Condit for the belt and it seems like if he hits you with one leg kick you go into a stunned state and same for punching. I mean I know Condit is good but not to the point where he is blistering people to one kick knock downs in the first minute of the fight.

I had the same issue against Carlos the first time around. You really have to move around and dodge his attack. He will hit you through your guard and knock you out cold in the first round.

I am going to try and be more patient. Been trying to rush through him and I keep on getting caught by crap. Even taking him down is a piece. I could see if they hyped st pierre up like this, but I walked through him with no problem.

2 days into the game and we got the first "rigged" thread but it did seem like it for real with my bantomweight. Not once had i been close to knocked out, and i health evented the champ 4+ times just for him to knock me out while he was out of stamina ><

It just seemed a little unreal to me. Kind of like the fight in fight night champion where you just had to dodge the guy for multiple rounds before you could go for the win.

yeah that condit fight u just have to take a L. its meant for you to lose

After playing around for the first round I found that if you just take him down immediately after he kicks you or at you he will not throw as many kicks in the second round and will leave himself open to body shots and head kicks.

In my LW career I won the title in my first try against Khabib Nurmagomedov. Didn't feel scripted at all. Only playing on Normal though, if that makes a difference.

just destroyed my first title shot @ middleweight, i recored it and will throw the vid up here once its uploaded. it was prety pathetic the cpu didnt even try to fight. it was takedown-submission attempt instantly etc. youll see what happened tho

I won my first title fight against Robbie Lawler just fine. I did sit back a lot and tried to just throw counters though.

I had to fight GSP and he had all 100 stats. He was like 42 years old and still going strong. Also Chuck Liddell is the light heavyweight champion and hes 51? But Jon Jones had retired at 35. Makes good since

On my pro difficulty career my title fight was against a generated player which I won quite easily. I have started a new career on normal and my title fight is against a 100 overall Jon jones, who can k.o me with one strike as soon as the fight begins lol

I got so lucky against Jon Jones! WOO!

I had lost to him 5 times in a row as he would just rock me within the first 30 seconds of every fight haha.

This time, I put him in a muay thai grip and got a takedown. I immediately got into full mount and started attacking his head with my right fist. We eventually got up, and his head was definitely red so I kept attacking it and threw a heel kick and knocked him out.

If it werent for the takedown into full mount, I would've gotten destroyed again. No way you can stand against Jon Jones (at least not for the 1st time you ever face him)
