No Brock. I have no inside info but I think Brock being on the cover of WWE 2k17 is perhaps a clue.

wrong as wrong can be people want to have good fights with equal oppents not get smashed buy guys 10 points or 4 divisons higer than them

There's one way to fix that but it probably won't happen for a few months more. Hopefully they end up releasing the game for PS+ down the road to bolster the online population (and get those micro transactions.)
