Regardless, I don't know if this is the proper place to request a ban of a cheater or if the Devs can do something about it specifically or if it's Sony's juristiction.
Either Way, i'll present my evidence in PS4's share Video format below, recorded out of the PS4, to ensure this is no coincidence, hopefully if others have that happend to them as well by the same guy, it's enough evidence to get him banned.

The name of the Cheater: GR0--LAR on PSN.
I don't ever make posts like that, but this one, i have all the evidence as i recorded it.
He is an Ultimate Team Cheater. You will KO him and as you are about to win, he will disconnect before the celebration begins and instead of him losing, you get the loss.
This happened yesterday, it was the first time it ever happened to me, i recorded it and i thought it was a weird glitch, but my bull**** detector was kinda going off as i've seen simillar posts about this glitch lately.
I didn't look much more into it, then today i started playing again, same exact thing happend. I KO'ed him inside 1 minute and he left before the celebration and i got another loss on my record.
As i am ground & pounding him, the game pauses and says "waiting for opponent" then it shows the message of "connection to the opponent lost" and i get the lose instead of him.

His Ultimate Team Heavyweight Score is Div 8: 5306 Wins - 1167 Loses and 100+ Accolades on everything on the fighter called "Takamura Win".
His longest Defense is 53 and he plays like trash, despite having a maxxed out character. This is no coincidence, after you see the videos i posted below, you will realize the dude is a blatant cheater. Despite just Disconnecting on me, his current Title Defense was 2, which means it counts as a win on his title defense as well.
His Ranked is Div2: 13 Wins - 12 Loses, only 25 fights and he has 8% leave rate. (my guess, he was experimenting with this disconnect glitch)
Both videos are of yesterday's and today's footage, his name is twice on my last 10 games list, both games i lost to him, via Disconect, which shows up as KO/TKO on the scorecards:

Edit: A weird thing i noticed with this glitch, is despite me "losing" my stamina went down by 10(stamina goes down by 10 only if you win inside 1 round, if you lose in 1 round, you lose less than 10 stamina, around 7 i believe)
