We've been waiting so long for this moment!! Bruce Buffer voice, "now it's time!!" I'm curious though what the meaning of Conor & Ferguson in suits means, as well seeing a trainer holding mits for Anderson, are these hints for new career mode approaches??
All the people who said November is the month we will see something you called it. Just like the last two games November was the timing of trailers. Besides The E3 ones.Comment

Maybe they have a more WWE-esque career mode, with rivalries, camps, calling out fighters, fighter fame etc.
OR
They've gone FIFA 17/18 route and added some sort of Conor Mcgregor story mode? Younglings are quite fond of that sort of mode!

Re: EA Sports UFC 3 First Look Arrives on November 3
The UFC1 characters basically look and feel like dead mannequins with doll eyes, but the UFC3 models seem "alive" to me. I mean, look at that Anderson. Surreal how life-like the model is there IMO.
Something may also have been done to the micro-expressions in the faces. GSP in that pic from UFC 1 just looks super creepy, like he has no conscience and is about to murder and eat you and your family.Last edited by ZombieRommel; 11-01-2017, 03:50 PM.ZombieRommel on YouTube - UFC3 coverage has begun!Comment

Re: EA Sports UFC 3 First Look Arrives on November 3
I remember Brian Hayes said they wanted to make the characters show more emotion and reaction. But how can all of that truly be appreciated in live time play, I bet there are so many things behind the scenes going on presentation wise that we just don't know because we can't see it from the default angle. How much blood is actually on our fighter, his gear, his gloves or the detail of the cut can't be seen in depth from the default angels.
DVR is no in game replay feature. Just as Custom Control Remapping, doesn't mean other control scheme's are no longer needed.
I'm not saying I want as many control scheme's as Fight Night had because it doesn't work as well with MMA w/ grappling. But Fight Night did have control scheme's that altered the camera angles which is also a function/mechanic that can't be done through a consoles controller remapping.Comment

The graphics definitely look like they have improved. Funny how something as simple as lighting can make graphics look that much more impressive. For example, WWE 2k18 just improved their lighting system and looked much more improved...
Makes me wonder if this game got similar treatment. I can't wait to see these UFC 3 models in gameplay.Last edited by WarMMA; 11-01-2017, 06:31 PM.Comment

Re: EA Sports UFC 3 First Look Arrives on November 3
From someone who's a junkie for visuals and Animations, the switch kick to the head by DJ, the shadow boxing by JJ and the new and improved graphics really got me beyond hyped. It's more improved than the game I played for sure.
For those saying that doesn't look like Conor. I genuinely cannot understand how that doesn't look like Conor. From that terrible angle, it looks more like Conor than the past two games and you guys haven't even seen him in action yet.
Conor is one of those guys that must be a pain in the butt to model. He goes through so many changes it's crazy. Some days he's skinny, other days he's jacked, then his hair is long, then it's short, then he shaves the sides bald and braids the top, then he shaves it all off.
This is the most recent Conor... it's how he looked when he fought Floyd Mayweather and it's dead on. I can't wait for November 3rd! So hyped.Comment
