The point would be that they feel different.

The T-Mobile Arena is important to me because it is THE Las Vegas arena. It just feels weird for the MGM Grand to be only option and it would kill immersion for me.

I know it's subtle but Australia has their own vibe on TV. The events usually take place on a Sunday afternoon so they have kind of a more hyped Japan vibe (subdued until they aren't). Plus it's the one continent not represented in the game that the UFC goes to on an annual basis.

Boston is kind of an Irish second home. They should react to McGregor and any Irish/SBG fighter the way the Brazil crowd reacts to the Brazilians (this is already in the game).

A stadium would obviously look and sound unique. It's also fairly regular at this point for the UFC to do stadium shows, but for the game purposes, EA already uses Cowboys Stadium for Madden and the UFC had Madison Square Garden in games long before they ever legalized MMA in New York.

If I had to pick 2, I'd want the T-Mobile Arena and Cowboys Stadium.

I want the arenas I mentioned first because then the game basically has most of the annual stops they go to covered in the game.

But I'm with you, I really want the arenas to FEEL different and so id want the arenas to serve two purposes:

1)If the UFC goes there pretty much once a year, it should be in.

2)Every fighter of significance should have some sort of HOME arena where they get this type of treatment. I know this is much loftier but the Miocic/Cleveland, Hunt/Australia, McGregor/Dublin/Boston cards are really unique and come across on TV.

I like that the game is trying to capture more of the personality of the sport itself with press conferences and weigh-in's and the arenas are a solid next step.

I would love to see this. I expect that T-Mobile will be in the game and with the exception of Australia every major MMA country is already covered. With that said, the more arenas the higher the licensing cost so I dont expect them to add arenas like the Q or the O2 Dublin.

Would you be cool with generic arenas? Like a generic Irish arena?

Honestly if they could figure out how to create the home field advantage vibe, yes, you could give me generic arenas, with generic names that just say Ireland (McGregor), Cleveland (Miocic), St. Louis (Woodley) ,etc...

For me it's just about what it adds.

Outside of a stadium most arenas do look the same on TV. But they SOUND different and react differently during a fight depending on who is fighting and where.

Yes, especially if it added a lot of variety for career mode, travelling the globe, noticing differnences

Speaking of, I hope you can fight online or in quick match in different gyms like in FNC. Sometimes it's nice just to have a more low key setting to fight in.

Honestly it could be as simple as this:

Give me the option of three arena types. Small venue, arena and stadium (just create a generic template).

Then allow me to assign them to a country (give me the option of countries that have a fighter in the game).

You know how Custom Events let's me name the Event? Just have me name the arena and let it show up on the cage banner.

I'm sure it's more complicated to implement but if the will and desire is there and the biggest reason for more arenas aren't added is licensing, this would be satisfactory for me and the offline universe I run.

okay. i doubt it will be run 60fps cuz i think, if it run 60fps, they announces it already for care about a lot of ppl. but i don't care fps. 30fps + motion blur was good to me.

Yeah, I think they'll be sticking to 30fps for this one too. Hopefully it atleast looks more fluid with RPM Tech I guess.

You can always cancel preorders though. The better move is just to wait until after release. All jokes aside, I think you guys will know the answer to this before you have to buy the game.

Croke Park, Ireland's national stadium is often touted as a potential venue if McGregor ever fights in Ireland again. That would be a cool venue for the game.
