Have you planned to reinsert this?

Sadly, few people knew about it in Ea Ufc2.</pre>

Tell me about it. I never actually got anyone to do it unless I told them to. It was so annoying. I would end up just pointing to the floor a thousand times in the last few seconds looking like an idiot lol.

Firstly, exporting and showing all that information in the post-fight or pause-menu fight stats would be screen and UI work/time that was decided to be better spent elsewhere (just because it's not there, doesn't mean we didn't think about doing it).

The second reason was what I said before, in that the more we give you (and there is a loot of it), the more likely people are to start gaming the system. The easy answer to the second problem is that we simply show you useless information that makes you feel better, abut gives you no extra knowledge of the judging. However, users would never assume that's the case, and would simply complain about how inaccurate the judging was based on those stats. That, and it feeds back into the first point of requiring work from UI/screens when it's not really doing anything but appeasing users.

So at the end of the day, it really boils down to the same reason we don't do any of the other things that get cut/discarded: we don't think the work/time is worth the payout compared to other things we could do.
That makes sense, especially considering seeing some of the results where you guys spent time and cost into the game such as the RMP Tech, locomotion, redone animations and Mocap I'm sure took alot of time to completely throw out the stand up system from EA UFC 1 & 2. I don't know how the scoring works in EA UFC 2 but that's how it should be.
But I do wish it would at least have another UI screen.

It's not game breaking I've just always enjoyed being able to see those stats especially in Fight Night in career mode, seeing a whole in game years worth of data from training progression, strike totals, location of strikes I land, or the location the CPU hits me with the most. UFC Undisputed also had a pretty in depth stat tracker which tracked all modes such as online, ranked, player matches, offline modes.

UFC Undisputed also had a feature like EA UFC 1 & 2's Fighter Net. Except it tracked not only career mode, not only ranked matches, it also tracked Player matches( Quick Matches) & offline CPU data as well.

Is there a way Fighter Net can also track quick match data, & offline CPU non career mode matches? It may not mean much to some but I've always been curious of how many matches all together I've actually had on EA UFC 2, as well the other stats that we can see in fighter net such as wins and losses.

Currently Fighter Net can only view Ranked Championship & Ultimate Team,

Career Mode has career stats which has about the same Data as Fighter net minus the DNF, Title Chase Info.

If Quick Match & Offline Could get such stats it would be nice. I don't know how much time or cost such UI work would be but it would add a little more to such stat tracking features.

Nice I use Holloway alot. I liked the fact you gave him that taunt which works in the last 10 seconds of the match.
Is it still useable at the last 10 seconds, or at anytime?

In ufc 3 is there just one block button for high and low or is it still RB and RT because i always found it hard to react to blocking body shots.

its high and low but not sure of the button configuration yet. Also in ea ufc 2 you could pump jab straights in quick succession head then body so it was hard to defend at times but we will see in this game.

Is there any type of head movement when you're on the ground? I always found it weird that when getting punched you aren't able to move your head at all in UFC 2(seen in Undisputed 3) and can only block.

Is the lead headkick going to be stupid fast like EA UFC 2 and are the Sliding kicks to the head and body going to be as OP?

Well kicks aren't slow especially at lighter weights and with fighters that practices the moves a lot, YOU just need good reaction time 💯 and everything is revamped so u shouldn't have a problem whether its fast for some fighters or not

I have always struggled to get decent reaction times, every time I block or dodge it's from a fluke from pressing the right button at the right time, how do people eventually end up so quick at telling what's coming?

Well a good part of it is reading your opponent. If they don’t mix it up over the course of the fight you can tell what’s coming, when it’s coming and have your counter ready.
