Fair, I'm only able to go on what I'm seeing from others. I'm guessing by your response that the outrage isn't entirely necessary.

I'd say outrage isn't warranted until you play the game.

Some of the criticisms so far are certainly valid, but nothing that worries me.

More interested in gameplay balance to be honest.

Clinch/Standup/Takedown balance, damage stamina balance.

Stuff like that.

Dude, I can't wait to get my hands on it. Really want to try and see if I can keep my opponent at bay using the teep, movement, leg kick, jabs, feints, defense etc.

Atm, everyone is just getting in the pocket and trading shots making things ugly. Range fighting looks like it could be a thing of beauty in this.

What would be cool would be to see how well people, who criticise or praise it, can play the game. That way you get a good idea of who to take feedback from or at the very least see where they are having issues.

guess its because now you can move striking... then guys are putting pressure thing will be harder for ''runners''(outside players) like me

the tidal wave of people complaining is still off in the distance...but picking up speed

GPD and others have very thick skin though, and do a great job of picking out the useful comments from the .... not so useful ....

So don't let a negative vibe on this forum bring you down!!! Besides, I have a feeling a lot of people will love the changes, so it probably won't even get THAT bad and trollish around here

Not too worried,only thing that worries me is that the casuals will complain that it's too easy to get KOed and that they might try to tone it down to appease to them. They obviously had the intentions of making this game more realistic I hope they stick to their guns and don't give in.

So you think the punch speed in ufc 2 was too slow for the lightweights cause what I’m looking at is hands being thrown in fast foward

If you didn't have exclusivity you guys would be completely screwed.

I find it always quite fascinating why guys that are utterly dissapointed and disgusted by a game keep coming to a dedicated forum and keep posting salty messages.

Honestly feel it’s sad that this is what we’re seeing from gameplay , though some new additions are awesome I feel as though presentation at least could’ve been changed it’s been a year and a half since the last ufc and all you “overhauled” is the striking ? The striking doesn’t look like a year and a half a work , we still have the same presentations as ufc 2 same grappling as ufc 2 Just a different stand up that’s what You guys want to sell us on ? I’m a huge fan of the UFC and this game title but they way it looks after all this time , sheesh

Because we used to have options until EA took them away. They do the same for every sport and genre and people are finally standing up for their rights.

LOL. There was never an option for a UFC game. A game company could make another MMA game if they wanted to.

I keep seeing presentation complaints. What are you guys looking for? They are using the real life UFC presentation elements.

Because this is where to post feedback whether good or bad you can’t act like everything is perfect with the game , if the community has an issue it should be addressed we’re the ones paying for the game and putting money in their pockets so they should make something to our liking as a community
