The way I've been dealing with it is by trying to hit a simultaneous counter on the jab, so slip elbow side and throw a straight while they throwing the jab. Takes some execution/practice and if they feint jab into lead high kick you're screwed, but that's the counter I've been using. You can also duck to armour through the body kick and counter with hooks, especially since people tend to run forward with that combination.
Was just up against a Conor doing nothing but jab -> bodykick all fight long. I really felt that I was blocking correctly but he managed to destroy me with it.
There's probably ways to deal with that which I don't know about yet, but I seriously hate seeing the same UFC 2 cheese combo again. There better be a good way to deal with that nonsense, someone please fill me in on it.
