Being damaged needs to cause way more stamina loss. I lose more stamina crushing opponents to the body with kicks than they do taking em.

Re: Stamina Barely Matters. Proof Inside.
Not enough.
And all damage should affect stamina, not just body shots. Being cracked and rocked repeatedly should fatigue a fighter too.
I chew my opponent up with kicks in this fight throwing 40 more strikes than him, but landing 60 significant strikes to his 9. And I am trailing in Stamina the whole time.Last edited by Stolm; 12-05-2017, 03:32 AM.Comment

Re: Stamina Barely Matters. Proof Inside.
So I know with 100% certainty that overhands are too vulnerable. It usually shows up against uppers and leg kicks.
This was an overhand intercept.
I'm more interested to know if the others were as well, or if there's something else that's just getting too vulnerable.
To explain why, vulnerabilities stack.
Fwd moving, ducking, lead/back punch, etc.
And each strike has a vulnerability peak, based on its damage.
Overhands stack too many, and become too vulnerable and need to be tuned down.
I think that looks sick I'll Paypal you 10 pounds to leave it as it is?Comment

Re: Stamina Barely Matters. Proof Inside.
Not on the ground they don't. Or they don't seem to. I've been trying to test body shots and stamina vs the CPU, its daaamn hard not to get uppercutted coming in for a body shot.vs the CPU, so I decided to go Khabib time vs Barboza, hold him down in half and elbow his torso endlessly (as you can't get a body TKO on the ground) each strike was draining his active stamina noticeablely, but had minimal effect on his long term, by round two he had 50% body health, and a full stamina bar, granted he threw very little, but I'd just held him down for five minutes denying all his transitions and elbowing his body and occasionally head into obscurity while avoiding a finish.
You can test this. I don't know if its deliberate, a bug or what. But that's my experience with body shots. I know they drain your stamina standing because I've eaten heeeaps and its slowly yet noticably whittled my stamina.Comment

Re: Stamina Barely Matters. Proof Inside.
After a competitive first round, this guy got "annoyed with my style" and started yelling over the mic to finish him.
Beat on him for a round and a half, before he fully quit out. We both had identical stamina at the end....
So much for those body shots.Comment

Re: Stamina Barely Matters. Proof Inside.
As GPD says, if you have a little bit of stamina, you cant do combos anymore like a full stamina bar.
And this make things less dangerous.Last edited by Donnie_Brasco_FR; 12-05-2017, 10:09 AM.Comment

Re: Stamina Barely Matters. Proof Inside.
So the devs are saying there are no stamina issues and they won't look into any of this to fix the game...got it.

Re: Stamina Barely Matters. Proof Inside.
This has nothing to do with stamina, your opponent is terrible so you have free shots at his chin. The power comes from his chin meter already being depleted from the shots before.
How many times did you rock/drop both opponents before this point?
Everyone seems to forget the new chin/stun meters that are hidden, they just put everything down to stamina.. ok I agree fighters should be more sluggish but as it is they are still one big shot and done.Comment

I used to think, "well damn, I need to stop being Marc, his stamina is awful!" But I started to realize it was irrelevant if I can still pull off hyper speed combos and didn't actually get slower.Comment

Re: Stamina Barely Matters. Proof Inside.
I think most of us are giving the KOs that are concerned about this. I was typically playing as Marc D if I wasn't Ferguson. Marc's stamina was horrible, but it never mattered, I'd have 50% or a little less of my stamina and still moved and striked just as fast as my opponent. Of course combos were just as fast.

Re: Stamina Barely Matters. Proof Inside.
Yup stamina is a huge issue i admit its better than EAUFC2 but still could be tweaked a bit. There has been several times that someone just spams jabs and hooks and there seems to be very low stamina drain and if they get someone like Diaz hes fast and its hard to get shots off without getting hit. Now sometimes i can just block and wait for opening and hit em with a overhand but they just get right back to it..
I can counter this most the times with brutal KOs BUT i would like to see stamina make more of a difference. If someone is just spamming punches moving forward without making contact through the block there should be a huge noticable stamina drain to prevent this kind of play. I liked the idea of getting away from the rock em sock em robots from EAUFC2.Comment

Re: Stamina Barely Matters. Proof Inside.
In a general sense, someone should not be rewarded for an unrealistic style of play. Makes it frustrating when you're trying to work a gameplan on someone who's practically banging the controller against their chest and they never slow down, never get weaker, and you pretty much are forced to play this bull/matador game with a bull that never gets tired.PSN: Lord__Hazanko
