Ahhh okay, that makes sense. Well, now that I know exactly, I feel better about it. Easier to swallow than just not knowing. As much as I’d want the 60fps, I understand. I’d be fine without the extra people too I think but at the same time they DO add to the immersion. Anyway, to me, in game like this, gameplay over visuals I understand, really. At least I know now. Just to clarify, I’m fine with how it is right now, as in it’s not a dealbreaker in any sense of the word but just something I’d have loved to have seen.

Thank you! By the way, did you guys get the correct fonts back? In UFC 2 you the right fonts for the names in the fighter intro graphics and the names in the tale of the tape but in UFC 3 the font is one which is basically identical but the ‘R’ is different. Any reason for that? I just find it odd because you had the correct font in the WFA part of the career trailer see, so I’m just wondering.

Also, in those GameSpot/IGN gameplay videos, the font on the tale of the tape (not the names, that was the same font I just mentioned that was changed for UFC 3) looked all weird. Not the same font I don’t think, or if it was the sizes were off. Just wanted to let you know and hope you can pass it on.

      I don't do fonts.

If that was my job you'd see comic sans everywhere.

Haha I didn’t think so, any chance you can pass it on?

Also, I edited my comment you replied to, finished the edit after you replied to it. Here’s what I said with the edit.

Are you implying you're the comic sans equivalent of your current position?

            Yup, trying to maximize fun.

Problem was solved with fonts ages ago.

For MMA games, still a work in progress.

              Honestly that sounds waaay better.

I’d gladly sacrifice the ref and outside dudes for 60fps

Yet they get yelled at on here and other venues for not having ref interactions. Guess we’re at the middle ground of the two options.

So you will get the button response and input time of a 30fps game, same as the base hardware but it’s rendered at 60fps. So you’re seeing 60fps but it plays at 30. Which is a shame but I get it, can’t have that much of an advantage. Would’ve been better if they knocked the graphics down a touch to give us 60fps for the simulation and the game though.
This confuses the heeeellll out of my tiny mind.

But I played on both machines (PS4) and can say you're utterly right, Pro looks smoother, overall, but there isn't any discernable difference outside of that, despite being rendered at 60fps.

It almost looked.. Janky. When I went and played it on base, but that was my eyes adjusting from playing it at 60 I'd say.

It definitely still feels like a 30 fps game even on the PS4 Pro. Reacting to shots at hand-fighting range is pretty much impossible. At least you can do a loose guard instead of hugging high block this time around.

I bought a tv and ps4 pro to get 60 fps

That said, I don't regret those purchases in the least, the holiday season was good to me.
