Confirmed DLC

Do we have a rough list of the confirmed fighters who will be added post launch? The only two I’ve heard is Darren Hill and Justin gaethje. Does anyone know if any other fighters were confirmed to be added?

We know that aholbert thought Colby Covington would be in the game so I guess it is fair to assume he's not too far off.

As of this morning we have 268 characters. Only 25 new additions. This doesn't include speculated/confirmed DLC. Also doesn't account (either + or -) for characters in multiple classes.


So any word on CAF? How many slots and if it will work this time? By the time I got around to creating roster fighters in ufc 2 the game face was broken.


I'm not really artistic so my cafs aren't perfect...but when I create am acceptable Alexander Volkov online but he uploads to the game looking like a Latin Cheick Kongo...its safe to say its broken.


EDIT: I based these numbers on the roster website. Just did rough calculations but it may not be perfect.

LHW is so thin that I really want to see Saki and Tyson Pedro.

I don't find the division to be all that thin, while sure these guys would be a welcome addition they aren't all that different from brawlers we've already got. Maybe Pedro would be a welcome threat to the ground but they add nothing different than the guys we've got. That's mostly the reason they've been left out, we've got a range of strikers, wrestlers with no submission artists. 20+ guys with all the same abilities/moves would be pretty stagnant.

Rough estimate is about 40, atleast 5 from each weight class as an average.

A lot of them were the damned UFC and their contractual crap, some were retirements (who I think shoulda stayed in, like Brad Pickett) and last years "special" fighters.

But off the top of my head I can think of:
Horiguchi, McCall, Mayday, Mizugaki, F. Rivera, Takanori Gomi, Kawajiri, Lorenz Larkin, Rory, Gegard Mousasi, Feijao, Krylov, O'Connel, Jordan, Barnett, Cro Cop, Bigfoot Silva, Mir, Roy Nelson, Matt Mitrione.

And there that's just off my head, I'm forgetting a heap.

I would've liked to see weaker divisions like LHW and HW fleshed out with guys like Pedro, Tai T, Blaydes, Saki, ect, as well as promising up and comers like Paulo Costa, and new talent like David Branch, not to mention Gatheje and Till being late additions, and guys like Mike Perry being completely absent.

I'm expecting a lot of these guys as DLC, but I feel some should have been in already.

I meant that there aren't a lot of LHW fighters in the game. If you look at the LHW roster now, there is only 15 guys that are actually fighting there right now.

I honestly don't care for big **** ton of Fighters to be in the game, I would like EA to just focus on the top 15 fighters in every division and up-and-coming Fighters that aren't ranked like Shane Burgos, Calvin kattar, mike perry and etc. I don't care to have the legends or fighters that aren't doing much in the sport. An updated roster of CURRENT and exciting up and comers that's all.
