How does he not have grinder level 4 or 5? He is the best in the clinch in the UFC

Imo he also deserves tree chopper level 3. He makes living chopping away at opponent’s legs/body.

Get rid of negative reinforcement and vengeful.

Stamina: 89 -> 90
Health: 93 -> 94

I just want to know why in the world she has lvl 4 head hunter. She should have heavy hands perk instead of that imo. And she should for sure have the game changer perk, as she has a nasty overhand.

Speed 88-> 87 or 86. She feels nearly the same speed as Valentina and its really negligible.

Chin: 93 lol. I know its supposed to be pre-Holly Ronda, but if her grappling stats are going to be 96+ (except TDs which is surprisingly low) it should be 90.

TD's 84 -> 86/88 her TD stat feels like its only there for balance, and not necessary with the game as it currently is.

She's never had good straight up takedowns like a wrestler, her takedowns are based on clinch, primarily her throws, don't give this woman a low single she doesn't deserve or have the brain capacity to hit. Her chin should definitely be a 90 if this is her prime state. Speed should definitely be an 87 so I agree with you again there.

Ronda actually took some good shots before getting blasted by Holm. She has a really good chin considering she also took about 10 unblocked Nunes hooks before going down. Her defense (hen mooment and blocking) are terrible. Not her chin. And Ronda actually had good power. She put Bethe stone cold out on the canvas and blasted McMann with a OHKO body knee. Has she even ever shot a takedown that wasn't from the clinch?

Icon Ronda was done very well in my opinion.

Let's be real though, Bethe is not, and never will be, a world beater when it comes to striking. The McMann one was definitely solid with that knee to the liver.

Definitely not, but your skills have little to do with your chin except to hide it better. Ronda put her facedown with a punch. Holly didn't even clean KO her with a head kick. Her power was for real at women's '35.

Ok that makes sense. i still think 93 chin is excessive. It only took a couple shots from holm and she looked hurt. Less from Nunes. Bethe was/is terrible, and the McMann shot was more perfectly placed than massively powerful. The biggest one for me really is the speed and power. She doesn't feel quite balanced. Its not way off.

I realize i'm kinda responding to both you and Retracted. I think overall her stats are pretty fair, the chin one still... seems off.

Anyone else find it waaay too easy to flatten Darren Elkins due to his 85 chin?

I remember hearing the reasoning for this and it was because he gets wobbled and dropped regularly, which I would argue is a product of defense, the fact he survives is his iron chin and toughness.

His toughness and heart are there but I still think 85 chin is too low. 88-89 seems more fitting without being a huge buff.

Thoughts?

Switch Stance 80 to 88
Guillotine level 1 to 3

See Hirota and Barboza fights in particular, but he switches often.

Now my logic here simply is: Kevin Lee. Lee got a 13 point buff to switch essentially because he switched heavily and well against Barboza then foolishly and to little advantage vs Iaquinta.

I don't disagree with Lee's switch rating, I just think Hooker should get a buff on the same grounds.

Next up, Hookers Guillotine from level 1 to level 3.
Dan Hooker has a NASTY guillotine and it's only getting better.

Look at how quick he locks it up against Diakiase and even Gil Burns (who escaped)

I can't get Dans grappling buffed it seems so how about his best submissions move level. He has a better guillotine than level 1.

I also don't really get why his submission defence is so low? He hasn't been submitted since his super early pre-UFC fights and has survived on the ground with Gil Burns Jason Knight among others.

Also while I'm here Ngannou still has the crazy full steam ahead hype train ground stats..

and DJ still hasn't been properly balanced around the other flyweight contenders since the Cejudo fight, several guys he dominated (Reis, Borg) have better stats than him in areas he dominated them.

Why does Joanna J. have 91 power?

I love watching JJ, but she is a volume striker through and through, even her TKO's are all large flurries to finish.

She's lightening fast and a brilliant striker but she isn't powerful. I think she should have 88 power maximum. I actually wouldn't be mad at all if they changed her speed back to 98 and dropped her power to like 87, but that's just me.

It almost feels like her power is higher than it should be because she's an A+ fighter?

I also think Cruz a slightly high power stat at 89.

I'd love to hear opinions though. I imagine JJ's power is what it is due to combined punch and kick speed.

I know they're in different weight classes in the game, but Shevchenko has 90 power to JJ's 91 which is utterly bonkers.
