Same thing happen in UFC 2 when the game came out. The arm traps would freeze the fighters in place.

I had a freezing match against the relaxed guy on xbox that froze when he went to side saddle after denying him a takedown into side control. Different freezing glitches have happen to me on ps4.

I’ve told GPD about this through a pm.

A guy told me about this, too, on PS4. I think he said it was an omoplata from an armtrap.

It happens when both fighters try transitioning from arm trap

My omoplata arm trap with Nog won't even let me finish it as the meter fills to slow (even when my opponent is gassed and I'm full stamina).

I'm pretty sure it mostly happens when you try an arm trap submission when you don't have one. If you can arm trap, you should be able to kimura among other things.
