AI arm traps: a bit much?

Playing through career mode on normal, and have noticed that upon breaking into the top 10 and facing real fighters that the AI arm-traps me every time I'm postured up.

Obviously if the AI fighter has arm traps they should use them, but every time? And should it really drain all of my stamina?

Curious what ya'll's experiences have been and if you think AI arm traps are balanced and working like they should.

It seems to be a percentage chance thing, which sucks. I've had times where the AI just doesn't do anything and let's me bomb away and KO them with no resistance, and I've also had it arm trap me on the first strike 6 or 7 times in a row. I'm not sure if they can change it, but I'd like to see it be more dependent on not falling into patterns or something, rather than incredible random feeling like it is now.

Arm traps definitely need to be toned down a lot. If you posture up against the AI, you can't do any significant damage because they'll arm trap you, drain your stamina, and possibly sweep you.

Arm traps are very tricky to time this year for human players, yet the AI seems to trap you a majority of the time when you throw postured strikes. There's no point to ever posturing up because of it.
