They should make something similar which we can find in dragon Ball fighterz ranked matches. Basicly in ranked options you can chose minimal connection for your oponents (1-4 bars), that way you wont be fighting Peoples with potatoe internet connection. Theres nothing worse than playing with 2 sec lag/delay because your oponent have internet connection from 19 century in online game mode.

I've been using technique tu minimize lag, but sometimes at the worst moment, submissive mount. Arg.

I would love to select to search only for good connections. I dont mind waiting to avoid a garbage connection match.

we have the new ping matchmaking where the worst ping we will play is 50ms and it does seem to have helped. But the problem with all online games is the ping doesnt necessarily show how stable their connection is and someone can have very little lag one second and terrible lag the next. Unfortunatley i doubt this will change as they dont want put off ppl with poor internet, dont wanna loose the sales

i wouldnt mind that but the publishers will most likely have a say on this. they dont want anything that may put ppl off buying it and a system which punishes u for having a bad connection would put ppl off. Not saying i dont agree with u just there is a reason why very very few games do anything to punish poor internet

On Injustice and any other NetherRealm Studios game a ping bar shows up when you match with someone. If the bar is below a 3 bar connection you can decline and it starts the search again. If 3 bar or better it just takes you to figter select screen.

You can also set it to show a numerical ping meter rather than a bar so you know the exact ping but im not sure how high the ping has to be before it lets you decline. There is also an icon that shows if they are on wifi or not.
