AJ/Wilder will make a lot of money. Boxing is also much bigger globally than MMA.
You’re wrong dude. Mma is bigger globally. Also the way it’s trending you might as well lump boxing in to the wwe realm. Boxing sucks compared to mma and everyone realizes this.

        What a painfully uniformed thread.

I think some of you guys would be stunned if you looked at how the numbers have changed the past few years domestically and the impact boxing has worldwide.

I agree. That "boxing is dead" stuff is lame. There was a big fight this weekend and it wasnt UFC 222.

Both sports can co-exist. Both sports will have their ups and downs.

i'm from the uk and mma barely makes any headlines except when conor or roussey are/were fighting and even then its something on page 5 of the sports section and a small article. Even bisping winning the title and then fighting in manchester didn't make any headlines. In your little bubble mma may be bigger than anything but the rest of the world mma is years behind boxing and is still seen by many as cage fighting and not a sport.

edit: I seriously doubt we will be getting a boxing game unless u dont mind fighting fakes fighters as licensing is gonna be too expensive

Yeah, in the UK MMA isn't big at all, no one knows anything about it.

Don't get me wrong I love UFC and I really enjoy the game, but being from UK - a lot of my friends loved and played the hell out of Fight Night, but none of them buy UFC :/

Would love to see another Fight Night game, I always thought it was going to be one year FN one year UFC, but that never happened unfortunately.

2016 UFC PPV buys over 500K:

UFC 196 (McGregor vs. Diaz): 1,317,000

UFC 200 (Tate vs. Nunes): 1,009,000

                  UFC 202 (Diaz vs. McGregor 2): 1,317,000-1,650,000

UFC 205 (McGregor vs. Alvarez): 1,317,000-1,500,000

UFC 207 (Nunes vs. Rousey): 1,100,000 (estimate)

Ronda Rousey proved she is still a force to be reckoned when it comes to pay-per-view sales at UFC 207. But even though she cracked the 1 million mark, she is still in second place behind Conor McGregor, who was the UFC's undisputed PPV king in 2016.
