Does AI ever glove touch

AI doesn't seem to want to touch gloves since the new patch dropped for me.. Maybe it's just the fights I've had so far (admittedly only a few), but am curious if something happened and it's glitched, or if it's just less frequent now. Less frequent would be kinda cool... I guess...

It seems just less frequent. I actually thought it was removed at first too, but got a glove touch finally.

Sometimes it does and sometimes it tricks you and hits you like real players lol

It depends on who u fight. They have it tuned per fighter. It was something I had to document for the custom fighters.

I like the more random nature in that case, would have been a downgrade if they removed it.

This, certain fighters will also touch gloves with some fighters and not others, I've had TJ touch, but if I'm Cody or Dom he doesn't.

There's also a bit of a bug with range fighters touching gloves, they'll often retreat and start circling while still offering the touch and it turns into a game of chasey for a few seconds.

Another thing you might not notice, but if you perform any action before the touch, then the AI stops trying. That includes even things like slips or lunges, or even blocking.

Basically, if you're not also touching gloves or just moving, then the AI won't touch gloves either.
