224 strikes thrown in 8 minutes ... this kind of output needs to stop , or at least make it take a heavy toll in stamina .
I have thrown 200 in 7 minutes , knocked him down 6 times ... this also has to stop
This kind of fantastic battles should not happen . a grand total of 800 strikes where thrown, at heavyweight
380 strikes in 2 rounds with 9 knockdowns ....
250 strikes and 10 knockdowns in 6 minutes
I believe this is enough proof STAMINA NEEDS FIXED .
My ideas :
1- missed ( not blocked ) strikes should cost more long term stamina and ALL strikes should cost a little more short term stamina .
2 - stamina regen in the round a little less quick , thus stopping the non stop offense
3 - stamina regen between rounds lower
STAMINA BARS : standup and grapple should not be two different bars , you are not two different fighters . one fighter = one bar . Agreed, differences between them are ok, but not 2 completely separate bars . An exhausted fighter on the feet will be exhausted on the ground, even with BJJ blackbelt. Just make his stamina on the ground a little more / less then on the feet , depending on that fighter's ground game
KNOCKDOWNS : fights with 8 or 9 knockdowns in one or 2 rounds should not happen , a solution for this would be that stats getting lowered after a knockdown , thus in several knockdonws , match will be over .
Watch this , first kick he's out , second kick should be KO , he still gets up for a 3rd :
