Back sways and advanced back lunge...

I have mixed feelings about the effectiveness that they have. When used realistically they are great, but it seems the top players all just spam them until you tire yourself out since you lose so much stamina from getting your punches evaded with sways... i guess my thing is they shouldnt dodge every type of strike thrown at the head... infact stationary leaning back should make you extremely vulnerable to getting knocked out.

I don’t think so... if they are using to much just use low kick and They will stop swaying at least

without the back and side sways being effective it would just be a 1-2, hook spam fest. I use the tactic your talking about because if someone is good at combos I will get KO'd in about 30 seconds without making them miss and get them frustrated where they recklessly come in throwing combos trying to break block.

Straight punches and head kicks track the back slip if the opponent is still in range. And if they're trying to lean while walking back or actually back lunge, you can chase them with jab-leg kick, quite effectively. It's important that you don't start your attack from a mile away either, though.

Nope... simply stating the back sways and back lunges shouldnt evade everything... never said it was unbeatable... never said it was cheese... never said i didnt know how to counter it.... you guys all get way too damn over defensive when anything is brought up...

Defensive I like what you did there lol but If it did evade everything that would be a problem but it barely avoids head kicks from one step out without your having to spam it, everybody complains about everything on here but somehow glaring problems go completely un talked about.
