What about the cheese of constant overhands. It's become as prevalent as the jab body straight.

Wait continuous over hands ...aren't they loosing stamina doing that?

VERY very little...the new cheese is since most fights are over rd 1 or 2, their endurance is low but SS is maxed and they literally throw it over and over and over and over. It needs more of a stamina drain imo.

This is a real problem. I went off about how it was a bug in a thread about people doing this while rocked. It seemed to be ignored. Glad it's apparently getting attention.

I had beaten a top 50 guy 3x in a row before he learned this trick (Now he's top 10). I rocked him 5 times in the first round and each time he spammed head movement, mostly just spinning in circles. After the first time, I carefully picked my shots and tried several approaches to punish him and they didn't work for ****. I was below 50% stamina after rd1 after rocking him 5 times...

          This is a bug.

Do we know if this is getting addressed in this patch that's about to drop?

I ran into three or four separate players last night doing this, so it seems like people are picking up when it's done to them and just riding with it.

I assume it must be, as well as the 1-2 body spam. This is an unfortunate thing you must adopt if you want to be competitive, I've been able to beat guys like Preunited by using a body hook shot sparingly, it's not ideal at all though

Do you mean the 1h - 2b? 1b-2b is very easy to counter with the uppercut.

It seems like it was really limited to that night. But it was a different way of using the overhand than I have seen before.

But I realized why it isnt as prevalent as it could've been.

This style is only effective against people without body knees.

Body knees can intercept overhands. I wish knees and elbows were a standard move.

Fought a couple of guys like this. I engaged for a lil while to get em comfortable then took em down while they were leaning.

Will be honest I didnt realise It was a bug, just thought they were that good at head movement lol

Just KO’d someone trying to do this. I still haven’t seen any video evidence of this bug.

Same, I see people doing it and they will get some whiffs out of me but if you take your time throwing one at a time to catch their timing without gassing and then rip off some hook and uppercut combos one will usually catch them and drop them. Rotating the stick works well once in a while when people get sloppy with their combos but if someone does it repeatedly I will usually knock them out.

1-2b, the biggest issue is how this counts as a significant strike more than anyanything, the new patch should improve this with the delay for switching head to body
