    I agree it's definitely easier to pressure generally and takes more skill to use a longer fighter, but it's possible. People are really sleeping on the rear elbow in particular.

      I love to use rear elbow left hook combo. I use it with all fighters with thai combos. I'll mix in a knee when they commit to blocking their head then go back to that combo. Jon just needs to be faster for him to feel more realistic.

          Sure, I'll record some of them. I have a grapple heavy style to compliment my pressure so it might be boring if he doesn't stuff the first few TDs, but I know Zombie is very legit.

            Yeah, thanks. I'm 40 on the LB as of this writing on my alt. Was #15 a few patches ago. I see your most used fighter is GSP (lol) and he is one of my least favorite guys to play against. I'm definitely more of a standup fighter. But most of these spammy pressure guys in the top 50 don't have a good enough ground game to finish me. You probably do.

              Jon Jones never looks sluggish and is never hampered by his reach. He's fast and he's brutal, with elbows, knees and spinning **** all coming out fast and deadly. DC made him work more in their second fight, but that reach is anything but a downside for Jones. Also, his oblique kicks are fast and he often throws and lands multiple in a row, whereas in the game they are quite slow. On a side note, there should be a knee move to the head in the game that's not a flying one, like the ones to the body, I just watched Robbie vs Rory again, Rory threw a few of these in his flurries near the cage and I anyway don't think it's anything uncommon. I also think the startup frames on the flying knee are very slow, the jumping double knee on the other hand is good in terms of speed, it's fast and feels good... anyway, thinking out loud I guess .

                I agree completely, Jon is a nightmare standing up. He has no power but he pokes, pokes, and pokes at you until you get frustrated and do something stupid. His stand up sets up his grappling. In the game right now he's basically just a grappler with how slow he is.
                I would LOVE a knee up the middle, it should only be for taller fighters. Dan Hooker murdered Jim Miller with a knee right up the middle in between in guard.

                  I wouldn't go as far as say he doesn't have power, maybe not in the Rumble Johnson kind of way, sure, but he's not a rabbit puncher on anything like that. He's a vicious mother****er in that cage.

                    To be fair, I think it still shows GSP as my favorite fighter because of how much I played him in season 1 and 2. This season DC has got to be my most played fighter with Woodley being 2nd and GSP( for 5 rounders ) 3rd.

                      Voted 'slight disadvantage'

                      Would love to see Front Kicks to the Body do a bit more damage to advancing opponents. That alone could give these long-reach guys a lot more to work with.

                        Back for my regular complaint.

                        The fact that punch speed and kick speed was combined is a huge culprit in this issue.

                        Jon Jones for example should have very very fast kicks and average punch speed. If this was the case, you'd be able to fire off quick kicks from a distance more consistently.

                        I feel his hand speed in game is realistic, but his kicks are far too slow.. Nowhere near as fast as Jon can actually kick. So when u try to poke with kicks from a distance, you just get blown up or they get caught.

                        It was a very very big mistake to combine punch and kick speed.

                          I agree with this. Kicks are also extremely dangerous to throw in this game. Even if thrown from kicking range.
