Whats the point of featured fighter 2.0

I just played as henry cejudo against mighty mouse, took him to the 3rd round in a 3 round fight and lost 9 points. This is just a small example. im a little drunk but ive been wanting to post this for months. You play as a featured fighter, knock a guy out in the first round and get like 6-8 points, you lose and its like you never even picked a featured fighter. WHAT IS THE POINT? I pick these dudes like oh, maybe ill get bonus points if i pick them, i havent used them in a while, why not? only to always regret it. cmon UFC developers, make SOME INCENTIVE TO PICK A FEATURED FIGHTER THIS IS BS

Yea I lost vs a GSP with a Featured Fighter that had a C+ and lost 13 points smh

Why is this game so insistent of hiding information from its players? Why no breakdown of point earned so we can see exactly whats going on? But why would I expect that when I can’t even see my opponent’s record AFTER we fight.

Opponents records/fighter hub or whatever might be my most wanted request in ranked tbh
