Ranked/Upside fighters for remaining patch(s) only. Alexander Hernandez, Tatiana Suarez, Thiago Santos etc.

Adding current roster fighters to their new weightclass is apparently more difficult than Khabib’s dad getting a visa for some reason. Lombard was a welterweight 6 fights, 2 1/2 years ago.
