Few basic things this game is still missing

    Back clinch against the cage

    Cage TD from over/under

Open guard clinch (southpaw v orthodox clinch)

Driving single leg against the cage (couldn't find a good gif but you get the idea)

Stuns from elbows in plum against the cage

How about KO physics that would allow for these kind of dynamic finishes?

I'd like to see those things.

For me, the striking system is fine for the most part, but everything around it is not. Vulnerability is way too predictable and footwork has to be a biggee factor in evading strikes.

Takedowns and takedown defense fundementals are a real problem right now for me. They have no real life logic to them. You basically just have undeniable tds and pre-denial defense, sim/realistic takedown windows in real time have practically become obsolete.

I wish they would include stick striking/button grappling.

Or even button striking in the clinch/on the ground and right stick grappling.

It always just feels more natural. I play FNC and EA MMA more than this.

I realize the detailed move sets make it a problem, but I would be totally cool with a dumbed down version for offline play if it were an option.

I know it’s unlikely but I’ll keep repeating it.

There's also clinch breaks for over/under. I wouldn't mind a new animation for over/under as well since its not good like the new single collar animation.

I would like to see new logic for grabbing over/under or single collar. Have it work like singles and doubles legs now: opponent moving away from you- single collar & single leg; opponent moving toward you- over/under & double leg.
