    Td feint bug

    With every strike in the game your able to strike quickly. Not possible with td feints. Why is it like this. Feints setup striking more than clinch irl.

      The input for it is garbage. They should have just had you hold the takedown modifier and then flick the right stick. Why would you implement the same feint modifier as it is for strikes when the mechanics work completely differently?

      Strikes have an entire animation play with the push of a button, so it makes sense to hit a trigger to cancel out, but takedowns have to be held down for the full animation to play.

        Because takedowns have built in evasion that doesn't scale with head movement ratings like the duck does.

        We had to be careful to not make td feints be more effective than duck, otherwise we'd risk reverting back to duck uppercut hell but with td feints instead.

        You could say, well why not make takedowns have all the same tuning as duck? Not enough time. It was this or nothing.

          I know you work hard. And your time is limited but can you fix this in the future? Its important because it allows more realistic mixups. They know to only block clinch. I dont want to cheese. I just want the basics covered. It was this reason khabib landed the right heard around the world. His takedown threat. If you could get it in the last update id be greatful. Thank you

            Glad you addressed this because I made a thread a while back and a video post patch talking about being able to feint takedowns to setup strikes but I see where you coming from with that choice. Wish it was more possible though. Hopefully in the near future it could be implemented and balanced.
