What happens to the patch that had the take down after a successful evading side step

We were told that this was mistakenly left out of previous patch for some reason ...and that it would be added . But till date if you go for a take down after evading a straight strike nothing happens .

Or is it postponed till UFC 4 ? I don't think there are any more patches coming.

Since i like you here you go. You can get an undeniable td after every side stepped front kick and spin kick

It was for lunges not side steps. And it wasn't done because Geoff's wife was in the hospital.

If you fail a double underhooks attempt immediately after side stepping, your fighter freezes for the rest of the round. It’s happened to me 5 or 6 times now so I just avoid it entirely. I’m not 100% sure how to reproduce it, but I could definitely do it within 30 seconds if I had a willing sparring partner. It’s either the opponent has to throw a strike while you’re attempting the double underhooks after a sidestep, or you just need to fail it in general after a sidestep, even if your opponent is just blocking.

Either way, it’s an annoying problem. It’s a rare tactic to sidestep then clinch, so I’m not surprised if it’s an unknown issue. But man, it’s horrible when it happens.

Your fighter just freezes in this glitched out stance, and slowly moves backwards. After 15 seconds, your back is to the cage where you stay for the rest of the round. You’re totally a punching bag during this time and the only thing you can do is move your fighters hands by blocking high/low, but the block doesn’t actually work.

            Edit: my bad lunges
