    Absurd Ref Seperation/Stand Up

Ok, this was pretty annoying to say the least... Dude was 1 shot away from a knockdown, and the ref steps in to seperate us? Wtf?

    Re: Absurd Ref Seperation/Stand Up

Sweeps arent counted as transitions. They say outside fighting lowers the skill gap yet the ref standup literally lowers it always allowing free getups they didnt earn. Whos ****ty idea was it to add that? Plain and simple that was made for lazy bums who refuse to learn the ground. #makeufcmmaagain

      Re: Absurd Ref Seperation/Stand Up

Clinch uppercuts causing knockdowns were added in a patch. Before that patch, knockdowns from single collar weren't possible and didn't do as much damage. The ref separation logic was not tuned to acknowledge the possibility of a knockdown from that position.

Can we just get rid of it? It’s literally game breaking

Extend the standup and ref timers. Let sweeps count as transitions

                  Re: Absurd Ref Seperation/Stand Up

I loved the separations/stand-ups initially but I now feel they're a bit premature. The ref doesn't let you work in the game. It's better on the ground (still a bit early) but against the fence he's particularly quick to separate you. Also, he should never, ever, stand you up from positions like Full Mount or Back Sitting like he does in this game. The bottom fighter has to find a way to deal with these extremely dominant positions.

What im surprised about is noone mentions you cant defend against backmount transition fakes without predenying. That shouldnt even be possible. Rolling to your back is a commital move and the arm trap stamina drain glitch is game breaking which also ****s over the top guy. And why are transitions twice as hard as ufc 2. What changed? I know I have great reaction time

Yh this is pretty much my feeling too. And yes definitely never ever should you be stood up from dominant positions like full mount or back mount. Bottom fighter should just have to get out of there on their own.
