It's worth remembering that the rosters are locked months before the game comes out so there's probably going to be at least some names missing. That being said most of the "obvious" fighters should be included.

Oh I know, check out my post I wrote up about a month ago, which would probably have been near the time of roster lockdown assuming it releases early next year.

I don’t expect to get every one of the ranked fighters seeing as some are newer and some have little name value but it just shows how much work will be needed to bring the roster up to date.

No news other than that devs are working on a new game.

Definitely look forward to many more fighters being added; the more depth the better! That said, I highly doubt they will add ALL those fighters (hell I bet a handful will be out of the UFC by end of the Calendar Year anyway lol)

As an aside --- I was happy that there was a change to Ranked Leaderboard scoring, where if you use a lower-tier fighter than opponent, you get a slight point bonus.

I would really like to see this increased even more in UFC 4.

So if a #11 Walt Harris knocks off a Stipe fighter, Walt Harris fighter would earn like 30+ ranked points (assuming both players are Division 5, for example).

I would exclusively use B and B+ fighters in ranked if the Bonus for using an underpowered fighter was a bit more in the leaderboard ranks. I think others would too, which would lead to a lot more variety in Ranked matchups

I’m definitely not expecting every one of these fighters to make it, as many don’t have much name value. The point of the post was more to show just how outdated the roster currently is. I posted a link above to what the roster should look like. I hope they put more emphasis on the roster this time, last time was a huge let down.
