If ragdolls don't go back to how they were in UFC 2 or at least close to them I will not buy UFC 4 and go back to playing UFC 2. Just add weight to the system so you can't backflip your opponent that was the main complaint with the ko's in UFC 2 so why not build a upon that system rather than scrap it altogether like they did.

Something that could help with the ftf sequences and knockouts. Have the tko sequences be the animations for the knockouts we have now but make it so it doesn't look like the fighter is unconscious. And have the ragdolls of UFC 2 happen only when you absolutely flatline your opponent. That way we can have both in the game and try make everyone happy.
