EA Sports UFC 4 Trial Available Now For EA Access Subscribers - Post Impressions Here

Just a heads up. Ea often makes the trial available the day before the date listed because of downloading times. If they drop it early it’s usually early evening eastern time around 5pm on Thursday.  In this scenario the game will be playable right away after you download on Thursday.  Don’t expect it Thursday but think of it as a nice surprise if it is available.

If I do the trial and then decide to buy the full game, will I pay it full price or will it deduct the EA access cost? Never done this

You should get a discount for buying it while being subscribed to EA Access. Think you get another discount if you buy it from the UFC 3 menu iirc.

I hate the 10 hr thing. I usually try to stretch it out though...2 hrs a day and it should last me a couple days. Maybe even close to release day/night.

Just curious, is it 10 hours the moment you get it or 10 hours the moment you start playing? Like if you get it when it drops but can’t play it for a day or two for some reason do you still have the 10 hours?

Assuming it's like previous trials with EA Acess, the timer only runs while you're in game. However, that seems to count time in menus and paused as well.

Don't think I need more than one trial, and if I do feel like I need to play more then I should probably buy the game instead. But that doesn't feel too likely right now.

Hmm...makes perfect sense. Cuz honestly, my first couple of hrs are just gonna be in the lab trying to figure some things out. Especially with the clinch and td's, cuz in the beta I kept getting brutalized in the clinch and taken down fairly easy, as if I had to pre deny or something.

In my hours during the beta, I didn't stuff a single TD lol. And it wasnt like I did not know the controls for it.

I stuffed several and even reversed a few. Toughest opponents were ones that had legit takedown defense.

Probably gonna play 8 hours practice mode lol
