Big Nog 90 leg health is off - even in his last fight with Struve he was walking through leg kicks and the Rogan was even attesting to how he just walked through them no problem. I'd also argue his 91 cardio is underrated too - always had a great gas tank and never outright gassed - Bob Sapp fight is a testament to that among many others.

I'd suggest Work Horse and recharger instead of Weathering Storms and Predator

Big Nogs blocking was never his strong suit - his head movement and great heart were.

    For his moveset

    Add:
    Haymaker (replace overhand)

Guillotines (3 star) finish Sylvia with a nice one at UFC 81

Not sure if Omoplata was removed but he should have it

Add D'arce Choke from bottom side control - did a D'arce on Randy Couture at UFC 102

Should have boxing combo, left hook, right hook, left hook, right hook again from the Couture knock down

    Judo throw reversal Double Leg

Guillotine Reversal Single, Double (and off cage)

Side Control to Mount Reversal to Side Control (see second Frank Mir fight)

Pull Guard and Sweep - Over Under

    Remove:

    Wrestling Power Single Leg
    Gogoplata
    Roundhouse Headkicks

Werdum should have a 4 star Guillotine
Antonio Rodrigo "Minotauro" Nogueira - UFC Hall of Fame

Re: UFC EA 4 Fighter Stats Adjustment Thread

I know you said not to be pedantic about small changes but this one is more to do with how fighters stack up relative to each other in the division.

The version of Bisping used in the game is his prime (he's retired) and the version of Rockhold used isn't his prime (he's still active).

Luke Rockhold has more punch power than Bisping does in the game. I can't recall a single fight where Rockhold has ever seriously hurt someone on the feet using stand up punches. All his KO/TKO's come via ground and pound and the exception comes via bodykick (reflected by his strong kick stats). Bisping has one true KO (to Luke nonetheless) via punch to Luke's zero. And he has multiple TKO's via punches on the feet which Rockhold simply doesn't have.

Bisping was never the hardest hitter but I think it's fair to say that he's shown stronger punching power throughout his career than Luke Rockhold has as he's actually won fights with them. Especially considering how Luke is on a skid and this is Bisping's prime being used. I think somehow the ranking of the punching power needs to be adjusted so Michael is above Luke in that regard. Luke can have strong Check hook level to compensate if that is going to be the reason for his higher stat if need be.

        That’s interesting

Bisping does indeed have more finishes but from what I remember it’s from overwhelming people. Luke on the other hand has good power but his boxing (especially defense) is an issue.

I cant recall an instance where Luke’s hands looked “weak” where as I feel like Bisping usually took a lot of volume to hurt people.

I’m open to suggestion but can you think of fights that contradict my assessment?

Bisping has an actual KO finish using his punches. In his fight against Luke, he knocked him out cold in the 1st round. Luke has never Knocked anyone out with a punch.

Also, in recent times, Rockhold has failed to hurt anyone with his punches. Romero was never hurt at any point by Luke's strikes (in fairness Yoel is durable AF) and Luke point fighted the first round if I recall correctly. Against Branch, Luke had no success on the feet and had to drag the fight to the ground. We all saw how successful his fight at LHW was against Jan. Against Weidman, he won the fight with his grappling dominance on top. His stand up punches didn't really factor in much.

The only time I can recall Luke showing power in his punches was when he dropped Machida (who's very Chinny in this game) when they fought but even then he didn't get the finish in the round. Bisping's example of knocking Luke out cold in the 1st round is a more impressive showing. And plus, that fight was when Luke was in his prime (it took place 5 years ago) as opposed to modern Luke.

I agree that Bisping's power is appropriate;he is as you said a volume puncher. At the same time,I'm struggling to see especially in recent times where Luke has ever showed anything warranting the punch power he has.

If you can recall where Luke has showed good power in his standup punches in recent times I'll get the point but I feel like you have to weigh up having some finishes via punches vs having no finishes via standup punches.

Especially seeing how this is Prime Michael vs on a skid Luke. I think Michael's power is fine as it is but Luke shouldn't be his superior in that regard when he lacks a lot of showings indicating punching power.

Kamaru has been able to dominate all the opponents he wanted to wrestle in the clinch for all of his fights. Maia has been shut down by Colby,Usman and Woodley when he attempted any grappling exchanges. Usman was able to control Woodley (who shut down Maia's clinch and takedown attempts) against the cage for most of their fight and even slam him from the clinch.

I feel like Kamaru not Maia should have the best clinch in the division seeing how he's more consistent against top level opponents in completely controlling guys in the clinch. Whether that means nerfing Maia's clinch control or buffing Kamaru is something to consider.

Tbf Maia had Usmans back at one point but the stupid ref separated them for no good reason

Some of these he should already have, other may not be possible due to how movesets/sub bundles work now, but suggestions seen and noted, same as Trust though I have no control over what is added into the final game, I can only suggest.
