EA access 2nd profile ?
I already purchased ea access on my main profile. I purchased ea access for a second profile so I could play while my kids were on main account. When I try to play the trial game of ufc 4 on the alternate account it gives me this message: Something went wrong. Sign in with account that purchased the game or installed the app etc. Do I need to delete the game and download it through the alternate account? If anyone could help me it would be appreciated.Tags: None -
Re: EA access 2nd profile ?
Same thing I had. I did a few things to get it to work, but not sure exactly which one was the solution.
-Login on your alternate account only.
-Find the game in the Microsoft store
-See if says EA Trial instead of launch or play.
-If if says launch or play, see if you can scroll just to the right of that where you see I think some dots. You should see the word "Trial"
-Keep closing and restarting things out and hopefully it puts you through.
I have 2 payed EA access subscriptions on 2 different accounts with 2 completely different timers.
Best of luck.

Re: EA access 2nd profile ?
So I was in practice mode and had signed in on my other controller on an Alt account. I forgot and had the same issue when trying to add another ea access. I signed out and signed back it and was all good. Hope this helps.
You also have to repurchase ea access on the new account. You probably know this but JICLast edited by TheSierraNevada; 08-08-2020, 06:10 PM.Comment

Re: EA access 2nd profile ?
This is purely speculation but I feel it is a good guess. Make sure the account you purchased the game/trial on is the home account or main account on that console, then log into an alt account with a purchased EA pass and try that. If that does not work, make the Alt account the home account and redownload the trial from that account. I bet these solutions might work.Comment

Re: EA access 2nd profile ?
2. Buy EA Access on that account.
3. Make sure that the trial isn't running on your primary account at the same time, else you won't be able to play on the alternate account. Logout of every other acount if you're not sure.

Re: EA access 2nd profile ?
I was able to assist a buddy with the same problem. Try logging into Microsoft website using your new account and starting the trial from there. Not sure how it looks, because I didn't personally do it, but it fixed it for him.

Re: EA access 2nd profile ?
Thanks for the responses guys. I finally got it to work. I deleted the game under my main profile/ gamer tag. Then I went into ea access on my alternate account and downloaded the game under the trial. It didn’t work at first. Then it finally let me play the 10 hour trial under my alternate account. I still can play on my main profile as well.Comment

Re: EA access 2nd profile ?
I don't know man, I bought another access on a different account and been trying all day to get this game to work, tried all the suggestions cannot get it it to work. Even uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Very frustrating, might as well just throw 5 bucks in the garbage.Comment

Re: EA access 2nd profile ?
Just got another trial on a new PS4 account.
Here's what I did:
1. Make a new account for your ps4
2. Sign out of your main account
3. Sign in your new account
4. Go to ea access, buy a subscription
5. Search EA UFC 4 in the PS Store
6. It should say "play trial"Comment

Re: EA access 2nd profile ?
Finally got mine to work. I deleted it for a 3rd time then made my alt account my home xbox account then redownloaded on the alt account with no other profiles signed in. I then could not play online so I went back and made my main account my home account worried that i would lose access but I did not when signing back in with the alt.Comment
