Re: What are the biggest problems to you holding the game back?
literarily everything, first and foremost this "game" is fundamentally broken on every technical lvl, that alone is enough.
You will always piss players off when the game punish players for a low kick they never intended to threw which suppose to be an uppercut in a critic moment and distance, or a taunt cancellation failed to function when you see strikes coming from miles away, or your hook, kick went thro other guy's body not register and cause you the whole fight. or a pre fight taunt still randomly happen when you never pressed a button, etc etc etc.
Game is based on a failed physics animation dumpster mess created by Geoff, which 50% of time act on it's own rather than follow player's command, that's why UFC1-4 are destined to fail
This game is just broken and malfunction on every technical lvl, period
That's even before went into some mind blowing balance decisionsComment

-Roster is painfully small. Even though I had read the roster list a while back, for some reason in my head I thought they added a lot more fighters than they actually did. The roster is honestly mind blowingly outdated... Doesn't even make sense
This was actually the number 1 reason I caved and finally bought this game. I reeeaaally wanted to play as some of the new fighters. Honestly super deflated with the realization they barely added anyone.
-95% of the fights I've had online are against non stop, 150 strikes a round, endless pressure, constant output players.
Throwing non stop has basically no drawback, but also, after they gas their short term stamina throwing an 8 strike combo, they just move at FULL SPEED back a few steps out of range, and their stamina instantly regenerates, and they just keep going again with another combo.
-Revamped Clinch is TERRIBLE.
The new clinch is a bad joke. So many less options available; less control, less transitions, less positions. It's crazy. I used to be able to clinch up high pressure "spammers" and slow the fight down a bit, but now the clinch feels useless for that kind of strategy. It just feels either useless, or just cheesy and corny, and really no in between. It never feels fun and engaging. And now you can't use it to slow down 150 strikes a round Mortal Kombat players like you could before. Now it feels more like a tool FOR pressure fighters to use, where before it was something I could use to defend AGAINST pressure.
-Career mode seems super lame so far. Very very vanilla and basic. I'm 20 fights in, and I have done the same training camp 20 times, with almost no variation whatsoever, and it seems like this is just the entire career until your fighter runs out of steam and has to retire? Really? Again, just not engaging or fun at all.Last edited by Haz____; 10-19-2020, 12:06 AM.PSN: Lord__Hazanko
