OWC Weightclasses

Are there specific time windows for which weight classes are available? 90% of the time I have a couple hours to play it's the Women's division followed by the Fly/Bantamweight divisions. Fine for the first few times but these divisions are getting old quick.
I absolutely hate I can't use who I want when I want.
