UFC 4 came out in 2020 and was still use yves Lavigne and Dan Miragliotta with neither having ref’ed a UFC fight in years. So I doubt it

Dan's last reffed fight was 2023.09.15

Dan's last fight in the UFC at this time was two months ago, 2023.07.29, at UFC 291 for Tony Ferguson vs Bobby Green, and he's almost certain to make another appearance with the UFC considering he is one of the most active refs in MMA.
