    1) more CAF slots
    2) simulation mode
    3) doctor stoppages, draws and better damage/injury system
    4) seemingly better AI on simulation (I base that off the beta I played. If launch is even the same I had more fun against AI in ufc 5 then 4)

I put hours and hours into ufc 4 (still do) without those things, so those additions make the game worth it. It won’t be as fun grappling as undisputed and I’ve accepted that isn’t what EA ufc want it to be
its fair, and like u I still have fub in UFC 4...but... how can I purchase a game that is just a copy and paste of ufc 4, like UFC 4 was a bad copy of UFC3...the lack of New roster an old asf grappling system the stamina issue that is terrible since ufc 3... só little for 3 years...

That's the thing: in my case, it comes dangerously close to that. Perfectly willing to shell out 65$ for it, but as it stands I'm pretty confident I can experience the new things in the 10 hours that are given to me.

"Sim mode", afaik, is nothing more than a preset for the already existing sliders (stamina drain & damage increase). Absolutely nothing new, except for career, and the only reason for that is that they blocked sliders for use in legendary.

It's really just the added immersion of damage/cuts, a visible referee and (maybe?) AI improvements? There'll be some new animations, probably mostly submissions, and that'll be pretty much all of it.

If somehow I'd be annoyed to go back to the system from before, I'll probably buy it in the end. If the added immersion is only minor and will only result in a slightly better experience, one can wonder why you'd pay this much for that.

There's the return of the betting for (probably still worthless) points, but if I want to do that I'll log in on tapology.

on spot! Experience play a big factor on this, if the game feels different from 4 maybe ill give it a try... now if its just an ufc 4 hotfix +updade like cyberpunk 2.0 ill just wait for EA pass

I’ll be curious what exactly sim mode is… I thought the same that it was a preset. But from the beta playing on sim mode it felt so much different then playing with slider adjustment on 4. I have no idea if the mode offers under the hood logic to AI or anything hahaha I’m not smart enough to know what goes into these games. I just know how it felt

What's old is new. It sounds like Legends are being added to the game. Frank Mir vs Tim Sylvia. Rampage Jackson vs Rashard Evans. And the Lion's Den training camp featuring Ken Shamrock vs Tito Ortiz. This could be the greatest UFC game of all time.

Makes no sense that they couldn't add a few new fighters.

At least take out Dana White and Bruce Buffer and replace with two real fighters!

                That's insane.
