Lock the camera angle to always keep the Red Corner fighter on the left and Blue Corner fighter on the right of your screen. If this setting is turned On during gameplay, the sides in which the fighters are currently in will be locked. Please note that having this option On may lead to unnatural camera movements.
2. Camera style = CLASSIC (default Medium).
- Tight: Camera is framed tightly around fighters = Not seen legs at all.
- Medium: Camera zoomed in enough to have fighters just in frame = Not seen foots and too far HUD Gauge.
- Wide: Camera is further from the fighters with more peripheral view = Too far fighters and too far HUD Gauge.
· Classic: Camera is positioned higher and has a top-down view of the fighters = both entire fighters always visible (visible foots and octagon before it, so the distance to closest cage) + HUD Gauge lower and close enough to the fighter (so always visible in peripheral vision) = BEST Camera!
We need to be able to have both fighters around in the frame and have some distance around them. This will help with positioning and avoid getting pinned in a corner in the Octagon.
Classic is a solid camera angle for those who want a fuller view of the Octagon, while Wide does, as well. However, Classic is likely the better option for those who want to be able to see the action a little bit clearer (closer camera = better reading initial opponent's animations).
3. Camera movements = CINEMATIC (default Cinematic), b/c is not buggy by tremor.
Arcade is buggy: camera tremor near the Cage, especially during strikes + both Camera types has the same Camera rotation bug.
There are two camera movement settings in UFC 5: Arcade and Cinematic. Cinematic allows for more varied angles, whereas Arcade is more responsive.
Always go with the more responsive when it comes to camera movements. Recommended Arcade for those who want to play the game from a more competitive standpoint, but when it will be fixed.
BUG REPORTS #1:
"Arcade" is buggy: camera tremor near the Cage, especially during strikes and hits + both Camera types has the same Camera rotation bug.
BUG REPORTS #2:
Near the Cage, after ground positions, when getting up, the camera makes a 360 rotation - instead of going in a shortest way. Exists in both camera: Arcade and Cinematic.
