Guys, stop posting links. Thats against the TOS.

Does anyone know how checking kicks works? Doesnt that still hurt as much as taking a kick full on? does lifting the leg up reduce that much pain?

That part of the leg is the hardest bone to break in your body.

On the other hand, the ankle is one of the easiest. If you can time it right, you can snap an ankle in half.

At least, that was what I was taught in my limited MMA training.
