Wow...This game seems like it's gonna be awesome. Finally won by submission...submitted Chuck via kimura in the 4th round (ALMOST had a triangle but he broke out of it).

The depth and variety of experience even with only 2 of the 80+ fighters at your disposal is pretty incredible. Only knock so far is the KO replays; they could use some work...Otherwise im impressed and I had rather high expectations.

Oh...my...gosh! This game is ridiculous! I can already see this game is gonna have me calling in sick on the 19th!
I haven't been this amped for a game since Madden about 5 years ago.

Why did my 360 have to die now, I was loving the demo. I guess it's better than dying on me when the game release or when NCAA or Madden comes out.

I noticed that during the cut-scenes after a round that your cuts and bruises aren't present when the trainers are fixing you up. Then they'll reappear when the next round starts. Hopefully the devs know about this.

They are present... you see them working on the cuts (it's usually hidden behind their hand until the last 3 seconds or so of the cutscene) and then it's slightly cleaned up for the start of the next round. Not sure what you're talking about. I didn't notice the body bruises, but I thought I saw one at some point in those cutscenes.

The cuts are on-point though, as is the rest of the facial damage... gave Rua a gigantic mouse and a cut under his left eye with Chuck's elbows and it was there throughout the fight for all scenes, getting more disgusting by the minute.

I hear ya - this is my only complaint so far .. .. really a bad choice by them . ..I fought a couple of fights totally non aggressively because every fight was ending with a KO. I wanted to see a decision - does anybody know if we'll be able to change the amount of time in a round with the full game ?

I've been getting to decision almost automatically unless I'm trying to finish the fight early... It's much easier to go to decision playing as Rua than as Chuck (you'll catch the CPU with one of those monster shots eventually, and they usually go down), but if you mess with the ground game at all, it seems to suck up a lot of the time. I'm in love with Chuck's slams and major transitions, so I've been taking Rua down occasionally and my fights are lasting a lot longer as a result.

Like Phobia, I want more time to operate... I always feel like I'm on the verge of getting a submission and then the 3rd ends.

I never take off from work to play a game...and im taking the 19th off.

The NBA release day was it for me in terms of taking off work, but I'm definitely showing up at Wal-Mart at midnight for this bad boy and playing it all day.

haha, I would do that but unfortunately I'm starting an very intense 3 month certificate course that's 6 days a week 8-9 hour days and it STARTS on the 19th!

I'm going to be 'hunting' if ya know what i mean :wink:
