If sports games has taught us anything, it has taught us that people don't use their favorite team online, they use the most powerful. Because winning is all people care about online. I have seen many people pull the plug on a game just for they won't get a lost on their online record.

That is why you see the following teams played online the most on sports games:

1. Fifa 09 - Barcelona, Manchester United, Chelsea

2. Madden 09 - Vikings, Cowboys, Steelers

3. NBA 2K9 & Live 09 - Lakers, Celtics, Cavs

4. MLB 09: The Show - Yankees, Red Sox

5. NCAA 09 - Florida, USC

6. College Basketball - North Carolina, Duke

So therefore I gurantee you on UFC Undisputed 2009 you going to see the following fighters used the most:

1. Anderson Silva
2. GSP
3. Nog
4. Rampage or Lidell
5. BJ Penn

Precisely the reason why I hardly ever play online sports games.

I would go as far as to say probably the worst excuse for a title holder ever.3-1 lmao..Says a lot about the state of the UFC's HW div.

Doesn't matter what his record is, he soundly beat the title holder, Randy Couture, who most would agree is a UFC "Hall of Famer".

Understood but to be in a position for a title shot after a loss to Mir and a win over Herring(A decision nonetheless) that's weak. But then again who else was their? Nobody that's why the UFC's HW division is a joke. Maybe I'm just paranoid but Couture was gonna lose that fight no matter what,he wasn't walking out the HW champ.

You mean the same Randy Couture who was already an undersized (and overrated) HW to begin with, way past his prime, out of MMA for over a year in a dispute with Dana while making straight-to-DVD movies and by the way - 45 effing years old?

Any mid-tier HW could have won the belt from Couture - oh wait, one already did. Brock was simply the biggest draw in a paper thin division.

And this is coming from someone who supports the Lesnar movement. Lesnar shows great promise, but he's still far from where he could be.

weird. i thought the question was who the most used fighter IN THE GAME was going to be. not who's actually a better fighter in the real world.
my guess would be, due to the fact that there will be so many casuals buying this game, brock lesnar will be a favorite among the online folks.

i truly feel brock is going to be one of the most dominate HW the division has ever seen. On the skill side he has alot to learn. But just his size and wrestling skill along makes him a heavy load to stop and beat. Give the guy a couple years and he will be one of the best ever in the division. I am not even a fan of him, but you can't miss the amazing sheer size of that beast.

I think it is to early to sell Brock short. I mean look at Matt hughes who is basically the same thing as brock in a different weight class (who holds one hell of a record 43 - 7). A strong wrestler, with excellent slams and ground and pound. He held the belt through like 6 title defenses.

I think Brock has a hell of a lot to learn on the grounf but just look at what some of these guys can learn in one year. Look at the ultimate fighter, the guys go from being decent, to stars in the UFC. I think Brock in couple years will be a monster in the HW division.

I didn't even think about that, since I haven't had lag issues with any game recently... then I thought about it, I haven't played any sports game online in a long time.

Considering the system has alot less to handle at a given time and then on top of that the gameplay itself is pretty slow paced, I would think it will be fine. I sure pray
