Also there is NOTHING wrong with losing to the guys you mentioned. Anderson is one of the best ever, and Shogun is one of the best LHW's ever. Rashad was a top LHW as well and he actually was doing good against him.

I disagree with Bonnar making it, especially since he has tested positive for steroids twice.
It just rubs me the wrong way that you can retire and get into the Hall of Fame 2 months later. Also to me, in order to be a Hall of Famer, you need to be a DOMINANT fighter in your division.

Look at the other Hall of Famers:

Mark Coleman - 1st heavyweight champ. Made ground & pound famous. Really opened up the flood gates for ex college wrestlers.

Randy Couture - was a champ in 2 different divisions.

Royce Gracie - put BJJ on the world stage and made everybody learn at least the basics of it in order to survive in MMA. Won 4 of the 1st 5 UFC tournaments.

Matt Hughes - dominated his division for years.

Chuck Lidell - dominated his division for years.

Dan Severen - was just a beast as a pure wrestler.

Ken Shamrock - put catch wrestling on the world stage and had wars with Royce Gracie, Dan Severen and Tito Ortiz for years.

    Then you have...........

Forrest Griffin......made a tv show popular.

Stephan Bonnar......rode the coat tails of Forrest's popularity.

Just isn't the same level of awesomeness as the others.

Griffin's popularity helped grow the UFC. I have no issues with him going into the HOF just due to how much he has meant to the growth and public interest in the organization.

John 'Doomsday' Howard is campaigning to get on the Boston card. He's 5-0 since leaving the UFC. I was disappointed when he got cut after dropping three straight, but the guys he fought were no slouches. I'd love to see him make it back.

wow......Tito Ortiz ex girlfriend Jenna Jameson ripping on him real bad on Twitter. Calling him a woman beater, heavy drug user and posted pictures of all the drugs & syringes he used prior to fights(allegedly). She just totally flipped out.

Tito has always come across as a sleazy dude to me and Jenna is a trainwreck, so I don't know what to believe. It'll be interesting to see how this plays out.

Forgive me if I don't buy a damn word coming out of her mouth. It just reeks of
              desperation on her part.

Tyrone Woodley made some excellent points on TRT on Beatdown radio.

Hall of Fame doesn't and shouldn't mean that you were an amazing elite fighter who was either a dominant champion or put on the greatest fights time and time again (although, Forrest was part of one of the greatest fights ever).

It means that you made an impact on the sport and that you deserve some recognition; that you deserve to be honored and remembered for it. Forrest was the winner of the first season of TUF, put on one of the greatest fights in the UFC to that point (well, at least to popular media and many fan opinions; I personally don't agree with it), and helped the UFC's popularity immensely. The UFC was making a push into the mainstream and really working to be taken seriously, and that one fight was a godsend for them.

It's something that deserves to be recognized by every UFC and even MMA fan, and it's a great thing that the UFC is honoring them for it. Yes - both of their careers weren't exactly brilliant, although Forrest did win the belt; but the Hall of Fame is a place to remember those who did great things for the sport.

That's why you put an exhibit in about the fight, but you don't put them in their own section.

Hard to make an exhibit when there isn't a UFC building.

Rampage signs with Bellator. Similar deal to the one King Mo has where he will wrestle for TNA wrestling.

What an awesome video. His coach seems pretty awesome as a person.

That being said, Shaq is a damned fool. Also, didn't expect to see Ed in that video. How funny.

Brian Bowles failed his UFC 160 drug test for elevated testosterone levels. Apparently he isn't a TRT master like Chael Sonnen and Dan Henderson yet. His T level was beyond 20 to 1. Nevada allows 6 to 1.
