I could be wrong but I believe there's 100 slots. That would be more than enough for that list and a lot of the scrubs.

Who is needed to be created is really a matter of personal opinion. Because I am not creating people simply because they are in the UFC. They actually have to be good and worthy of creation. So I will be creating the following:
