UFC Undisputed 2010 Wishlist
I don't get my hands on a retail copy until tomorrow but several of you have it already. Hopefully we can get some good ideas in here that the developers can incorporate next year.Tags: None -
Re: UFC Undisputed 2010 Wishlist
Pay Buffer some extra cash to go in and record lots of first and last names. It would be really cool to hear Buffer call out different names. It's not like we are going to get that chance in real life.
Entrance music. I don't care if it's a really generic entrance (although I think they would make them pretty realistic). Hearing Sandstorm or Hawaii 78/E ala E would be awesome.

The most important thing would be cage interaction, a massive name database like College Hoops 2k8 has, more nicknames, left handed fighters and maybe add a my shrine type of thing where players can upload their highlights online without having to use youtube.Comment

Re: UFC Undisputed 2010 Wishlist
Entrances with actual music hopefully.
CPU vs. CPU
A career mode where you can use an actual UFC fighter. Any fighter and CAF's rated above 70 can be used. You'll be able to watch any other match on the card you want to. Will be able to go up or down one weightclass.
A CAF where you don't have to take them through career mode to build them up and can just be given points and be able to freely edit them in previously mentioned career.
A second career mode where you take your CAF through TUF. Only CAF's rated under 70 can participate in this mode and be built up. (because the guys on TUF have some skill coming in) Only these CAFs can be used online to prevent everyone just making 99 rated CAFs. You'll be able to pick the coaches from top guys,if they go with your chosen style you'll get a bonus to stats and be able to learn more moves but it won't be assured you'll end up on the team you want. You'll also get to watch them fight at the end.
Ratings connected to what moves are doable. For example only someone with Brock or Rampage type strength being able to do slams and powerbombs and all that sort of thing instead of just anyone with that style.
Bigger weight/height limits. Bob Sapp is 350 not 235. Giant Silva is 7'2" not 6'7".
More styles! Even the old games had lots of them.
Cage play.
Actual title tracking in exhibition.
Open weight fights in exhibition.
The least likely of all,a female CAF,can't be used in career of course or online, only exhibtion against other females. I know there's none in the UFC wich is why it's so unlikely but making the ones from other oragnizations would be cool.Last edited by goh; 05-19-2009, 12:57 AM.Comment

Re: UFC Undisputed 2010 Wishlist
- The ability to Bob and Weave in the stand-up game
- Lower the CPU's success at escaping submissions so it's not near impossible to submit them like it is now
- Make leg kicks actually affect the fighters mobility
- More blood
- Fights stoppages due to severe facial damageComment

Re: UFC Undisputed 2010 Wishlist
Better CAF- How come it isn't as deep as the CAW feature in Smackdown?
That and they need to implement TUF into career mode next time around.Comment

Left-handed fighters
Better character customization
Referee Stoppage due to cut/facial beatdown
Cage clinches and interaction
Just some small things on my mind, very solid release though. But my biggest thing would this. Some kind of mode where you could run the UFC, such as PPV's etc. I think if they had something in-depth like that, it would compliment the career mode.Comment

Personally this time around I think they just focused on getting the core mechanics in place. Which is fine to me, I can wait for a deeper CAF feature.Comment

Re: UFC Undisputed 2010 Wishlist
1. More fight styles
2. Sig stances
3. South paw
4. Cage interaction
5. More ways to grapple
6. Create an event(PPV/TV)
7. Spectator mode(online, exibition and Career)
8. Deeper career mode: that last atleast 15 years, having 3-6 fights per year with aging fighters, fighter progression/regression, more pre created fighters(with new fighters added to the UFC when one retires)
9. risk/reward for training: more training you do the more points get for your fighter but at the same time if you dont manage your time saving stamina you become a risk to suffer injury, also add injuries during matches(ties in with your overall stamina) also when taking time out to attend invites like a PPV(spectator mode) it will take away your time to rest or train for that week
10. Ability to move up and down weight classes
11. Some type of magazine or website interface that keep track of career mode; your fights, cpu AI fights, rankings, interviews, etc...
12. Sliders
Bonus-
Ability to create fighters in the main menu with out limited points, which brings this idea for career mode...Ability to choose two dif paths in career mode; 1. Start a career with ANY main menu figther(created fighters will be opps in career mode too) 2. Start a career mode with a CAF from scratch which will start off with TUF...Last edited by Jukeman; 05-20-2009, 03:08 PM.Comment
