Without looking at overall ratings who do you think has the best ratings?

I think Rashad Evans has the best which may not be too much of a surprise but other than him I think Sean Sherk and Tyson Griffin's ratings are as good as anyone in the game which came as a surprise to me. Who do you think has the best ratings in the game? or most underrated/overrated? Tell me if you agree that Griffin/Sherk have sick ratings.
