Just got my tix for UFC 101. Anyone else going?

I'll be at UFC 100 and 101. I was leaning towards not getting the 101 tickets, but this will be my only chance to ever see BJ fight live.

Are you a UFC Fan Club Member? I thought only they could get seats today and they are open to the public on Saturday.

I'm going no matter what but I cant get anyone else to go. My friends think the tix are too expensive and my girl hates all the blood.

I'm near Portland and waiting for the official announcement for the 102 event. How much did you pay for the 101 tickets? I heard it's best to get a few rows off the floor but seeing as I've never attended a event I have no clue.

I see the ticket prices, but does anyone know what the breakdown is in terms of what seats correspond to what sections?

Section 120. Seats came out to $220 each.

Floor seats SUCK!!!

You get a bad view of the cage, you are looking THROUGH the mess of the cage, you have people walking in front your view to go get drinks, bathroom, smoke break and what not.

I will NEVER get a floor seat again.

Looks like a great card to see live. Two really awesome fights at the top and plenty of other guys I like to watch fight scattered throughout.

You can probably get them online Saturday. If you REALLY want them you can spend the $80 or so to sign up for the UFC fan club and buy the tickets presale today.

I was tempted to try and go as Im 15 miles from Portland but after looking at the card and seeing how much tickers costs normally, I cant force myself to pay for them. Main event of Couture vs Nog? Absolutely no interest in that fight and I cant spend that amount of money on a card that has a terrible main event.

The PPVs can't be beat at home IMO. 50 bucks. Wings. My TV. The couch. My dogs. I can hear the commentary and interviews clear as day. Peeing between fights in my own private throne.....

Plus, tickets are insanely expensive for a sporting event.

What all do you get for being a UFC fan club member?

Presale for every event, Q&A with specific fighter before the weighins which are on Friday before the fight, first entry in the weighins, a shirt. I signed up just for UFC 100 and 101. The membership is good for a year, so I'm hoping they come to NY before then, so I can use the presale on more time.


The last time I went to UFC 78 which sucked balls, BJ was the dude doing the Q&A, and I got to meet every fighter that was there. It was pretty cool.

I agree, but when are they ever going to be in Portland again?
