Re: Alright fess up!!
Not yet but I havent ruled it out. Maybe when I start playing online more.
But thus far my online experience consists of 1 unranked fight where I threw 1 punch and won by KO. I may never play online again just so I can say I never missed a single strike.Comment

Re: Alright fess up!!
Yes...I did it the first time I beat Damian Maia...I lost 3 fights to the guy while coming up the ranks. I'd beat his *** standing up but before I could put him away he'd clinch, pull guard, and hit the switch before I could even blink twice. Before I knew what was happening he'd sub me. The 4th time I fought him was going just like the times before, but I was being considerably smarter and wasnt letting him get close enough to clinch. I hammered him with kicks for two rounds, lighting up his head and body, hoping for the flash KO that wouldnt come, In the 3rd round, I slipped up and he clinched and pulled guard. He went for the armbar from guard, but I was able to use the tech escape and ended up in side control. I kneed him repeatedly and was able to stuff his transitons. With a minute left in the round, I slapped on a kimura and started whirling that stick like my life depended on it and with 27 seconds left I subbed him. Huzzah!!! Much jumping and shouting ensued, it was so much more satisfying subbing him than a flash KO would have been. I fought him a fifth time and got a 1st round flash KO via headkick to set up a fight with Hendo for the number 1 contender spot.Comment

Re: Alright fess up!!
Oh, yeah I have. In fact, I freaked my wife out just yesterday. I was Kenflo, taking on surprise, surprise , B.J. Penn in LW. The guy I was playing was submission spamming (you know when you take someone down and they go directly into an arm bar). We made it to the 3rd and I dropped him with a few jabs. I was jumping up and down and pumping my fists, I though she was going to have a heart attack.Comment

I did almost the same thing when I knocked Lesner out in my 2nd title defense.
This is pretty much the only game where every knock out is jaw dropping simply because it can come anytime. I am so addicted to this game and I don't even really follow UFC. I will watch it if I catch it on and I have heard of so many of the fighter but other than that I don't really follow it.Comment

do really enthusiastic fist pumps count, cuz i kinda look like tiger woods sinking a long put at a major after a hard fought win.Comment

Re: Alright fess up!!
I found myself doing an arm motion kind of like an umpire calling a runner safe. I have no idea where that celebration came from.Comment
