Who do you think the best fighters not in the game/UFC are. Here is my list.

Fedor Emlianenko
Tatsuya Kawajiri
Satoru Kitaoka
Brock Larson (in the UFC now but not in game)
Gegard Mousasi
Antonio Rogerio Nogueira
Jorge Santiago
Jake Shields
Renato Sobral
Nick Thompson
Miguel Torres

A few of these guys I've only seen fight a few times, sadly. A few I haven't seen at all I'm just going on who they've beaten. Will it always be an uphill struggle to keep the best talent in the UFC? It seems like half of the best fighters fight in the UFC and the other half are nomadic when it comes to what organization they fight for. Is it a fair assumption to say that fighting in the UFC is more exposure/less money and fighting elsewhere is less exposure/more money?

Shane Carwin, Clay Guida (I know, its the hair), Ryan Bader, Luiz Cane, Patrick Cote, Matt Hamill, Denis Kang, Jon Jones (only 1 fight in ufc i believe so understandable), Dong Hyun Kim, Nate Quarry, Chael Sonnen, Sam Stout

Pretty sure you could make a legit arguement for all of these guys being in the game
