Arlovski needs to concentrate in training his overall MMA game than concentrating too much on his Boxing training, he should reinvent himself and train with great Wrestlers cause he knows everytime he stand up his suspect chin is always on trouble..Diaz proves his Boxing skills is probably the best in the MW division, his jabs,head body combos are excellent and he's too crafty in that weight..Baroni should start training with Kenyan marathon runners than pumping weights even in good shape and condition he still gasses up..Strikeforce turned out to be great card

Uggh, watching Arlovski get tagged and dropped again was such a letdown and to think he wants to become a pro boxer, lol. The fights were pretty good, Randleman and Whitehead didnt do much and Baroni gassed as usual but the Diaz fight was great and made up for it.

Its a good thing this wasnt a part of our pick'em. I went 1-4 on the main card fights. I also would have picked against Kyle too.

Hopefully we get Diaz vs. Shields now (doubtful) or Diaz/Lawler II...either fight would be highly entertaining.

I doubt we see Diaz vs Shields as well since they are from the same camp. I would love to see Diaz return to the UFC but from everything Ive heard he had a VERY bad relationship with Dana and therefore Dana doesnt want anything to do with him but hopefully Im wrong.

This weekend is going to be awesome. I think Jake Shields has a chance at the victory. I like Arlovski in a beat down, STAY ON YOUR FEET FOR THIS ONE HUH ARLOVSKI!?! I think Nick DIaz handles hands of steel. I am going with Joe Riggs over Phil 13-10 Baroni. I never liked that guy. I like Whitehead over Randleman also. SHould be another good card.

Not bad 4-1, I will take this every time.

Good card overall, but the commentary was HORRIBLE. The only one who sounded like he had a clue was Shamrock. If you are a fan of MMA, its easy to figure out that Johnson has no clue what he's talking about and Mauro is nothing more then a hype man.

Did anyone else notice that Diaz injured Smith's right side early in the fight which completely took Smith out of his game? It was obvious that Smith was favoring his right ribs, yet no one in the booth mentioned it at all.

And I thought Johnson's reaction to Rogers' KO was way over the top. He shreiked so loud it was hard to comprehend what he said. But I did understand what he said......"Mama's getting her house" WTF???



Other then that I liked the card. Still not sold on Rogers. He KO'd a guy who has one of the weakest chins in the division. Kimbo could've done the same thing.


Diaz looked great. I think its terrible they're making an interim belt because Cung Le is filming movies. They should just strip him of the belt all together.


Very happy for Riggs. The guy has been through a lot in his life, and he seems like a really nice guy.
